2015 Staff Survey

Great River Greening’s 2014 Board Retreat and ongoing 20th anniversary activities have excited Great River Greening board members and staff about our future. Even though we are still working on our current 2013-2017 strategic plan, we want to keep the momentum of looking forward.

The strategic planning committee and our strategic planning consultant, Judy Plante, recommends we start a process of scenario planning, which is a powerful way of embracing, influencing, and planning for the future. The first step in this process is a survey of board and staff thinking. We will compile your feedback and create a summary list of themes, which will eventually shape a few scenarios to explore at the November 20 Board Retreat.

Please respond by August 24. Thank you for your input!
