The Finance and Administration Manager works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration in order to successfully manage the organization’s finances, human resources, and IT administrative areas. The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for managing payroll and employee benefits, maintaining human resources records, invoicing and reporting for state grants, managing IT, bookkeeping procedures including accounts payable, processing and posting cash receipts, general journal entries, maintain financial records, and other financial management responsibilities.
Community Outreach Intern Roles and Responsibilities: The Community Outreach Intern will work with the Community Outreach Coordinator to recruit volunteers and prepare marketing materials for our upcoming Spring 2017 Volunteer Restoration Events, which begin in April.
