Join Great River Greening at our first event on the South Fork of the Crow River in our partnership with Carver County Water Management Organization and the City of Watertown. Volunteers at this event will restore the natural shoreline to stabilize the riverbank and improve habitat and ecological diversity. Come learn and practice what it takes to restore a shoreline!

Volunteer Liability Waiver & Photo Release

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:

The undersigned agrees to release Great River Greening and its employees, officers, directors, or agents from any and all liability from claims of any nature whatsoever arising from undersigned’s participation at any Great River Greening event.

PARTICIPANT ASSUMES RISK:

Participant is aware of and understands the inherent risk and dangers associated with a physical activity, and agrees to assume all risk of and responsibility for personal injury or death, or damage to property arising from, based upon, or relating to the participation in the event.

PHOTO RELEASE:

I grant Great River Greening permission to photograph me at its events and to use the photograph(s) in its printed publications, on its web site and to submit the photographs to local and national media and other organizations promoting Great River Greening, its volunteers or its mission.

Electronic Signature Consent *

1. Avowing you are the parent or guardian of the minor(s) named above, you hereby make and enter into each and every representation, waiver, release and indemnity described above on on behalf of the named minor(s), and any other related parent or guardian. 2. Consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it.
