From I-94:

On I-94 (East or West), take exit 242D to merge onto US Highway 52 south. Cross the Mississippi River and take the first exit for Plato Blvd. Turn right onto Plato Blvd and continue west. After half a mile, turn left onto Starkey St. Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac and enter the parking lot for Bolander. Great River Greening is inside the Bolander building, on the second floor.

From 494:

On I-494 (East or West), take exit 66 for US Highway 52 towards Rochester/St. Paul. After 4.5 miles, take the exit for Plato Blvd/Fillmore Ave. Turn left onto Plato Blvd and continue west. After half a mile, turn left onto Starkey St. Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac and enter the parking lot for Bolander. Great River Greening is inside the Bolander building, on the second floor.
