Jessica Barbosa Oliveira (she/her) is a Conservation Agronomist with Great River Greening and a member of the Southern Minnesota program team. She works alongside farmers, landowners, and partners to support regenerative agriculture and conservation efforts that improve soil health, water quality, and climate resilience. 

Jessica’s lifelong interest in plants and science inspired her studies in agronomy in Brazil, and she continues to focus on practical, science-based solutions that make a measurable impact on the land.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys painting, singing, cooking, camping, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
